We’re Live!

At Island Farmhouse, we want to create a unique vibe of island life and traditional farmhouse style! Growing up in the Midwest, I have always loved the clean traditional style of vintage farmhouse decor. Whether it was the floral arrangements or the cutting boards in our kitchen, it was something that I have tried to incorporate into my home.

Later, I moved to Florida and lived near the Atlantic Ocean. Being at the beach is one of my favorite places and the relaxed, washed look of the Island style was fun to bring into our home. Merging these two together became a perfect way to show the best of both styles.

While living in NE Ohio, I wanted to bring the Lake Life into the mix which, lead me to find a way to share my ideas on design and style and find new products to share to decorate your home.
